Lack of liquid intake can be the main reason for your suffering. If you do not keep your body hydrated, you will notice a slow down in your metabolism rate leading to increased body fats.
Stressing a lot:
Another habit that doesn’t let you lose weight is stress. Stress not only affects your immune system but it affects the ability of your stomach to absorb food. In addition, stress also induces hormonal imbalance and weak metabolism.
