Ginger tea

Headache is often associated with nausea and inflammation in blood vessels . For this purpose, ginger plays a vital role in reducing inflammation and nausea. However, there could be different ways to use ginger. One of them is the ginger tea. Boil a raw ginger in a glass of water, add lemon juice of half a lemon, inhale the steam and drink it while it is still warm.

Clove-Mint

Cloves and Mints are quite helpful ingredients in soothing headaches and migraine. Cloves and mint can be used together in making a clove-mint tea by boiling a cup of water with 2 cloves and a few mint petals. You may add sugar to build your taste.

Cloves can also be used in another way. For that, you need to crush some cloves and inhale their scent. This will soothe your pain and make you feel much better and relaxed.

Cinnamon

Cinnamon as a headache cure

Cinnamon herb is a powerful remedy for headache and migraine. Boil a cup of water with a 2-inch cinnamon stick, and drink the cinnamon tea while its warm.

For external use, grind a few cinnamon sticks and add a few drops of water to form a thick paste. Then apply the paste to your forehead and lie down for 30 minutes.
