Here are some effective ways to prevent acne and pimples.

Let Water be Your Favorite Drink:

Our skin needs to be hydrated in order to prevent acne and pimples. The deficiency of the water can lead the skin to lose its glow and freshness. The water helps in clearing the toxins from the body that can cause pimples. When your blood will be pure it will make your skin glow blocking the pimples and acne from popping out.

Try not to touch the acne and pimples on face since your hands are the main source of spreading bacteria around your body. Touching your skin can also irritate the already inflamed skin. Do not pop or pick you pimples since it can leave permanent scars and can also infect other area of the face.

 

Remove Makeup before going to Bed:

Do not sleep with makeup on your face. Makeup consists of various chemicals that can be toxic for the skin and keeping it overnight can clog pores resulting in acne and pimples. Try to use some moisturizer after washing your face so that your skin does not become dry and rough.

 

Use Moisturizers:

Working Women experience frequent skin problems due to the fact that their skin is more exposed to dust and harmful rays emitting from the sun. So if you are a student or a working lady, then try to use moisturizer on daily basis. Moreover, wash your face with an oil control face wash and apply a good quality moisturizer before going to bed.  This will help you in keeping your skin hydrated providing enough nutrients that are helpful in preventing acne and pimples.
