Cinnamon tea is an effective remedy to lose weight. Cinnamon is a spice that is present in almost every kitchen. It helps in the blood flow that aids in keeping your blood sugar normal which makes your body use fat as energy instead of storing it.
-1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
-1 cinnamon stick
-8 ounces of fresh water
Place the cinnamon stick in a mug and pour 8 ounces of boiling water. Steep for 15 minutes before straining.

Drink warm water:
Drinking warm water increases your body’s temperature hence speeding up metabolism. The increase in metabolic activities helps in burning more body fats leading to weight loss. Don’t lie immediately after eating:

It is also recommended to walk 40 steps after eating. It will increase the metabolic rate and helps in absorbing food more quickly while burning more fats.
